This recipe involves mixing dry ingredients, melting oil, peanut butter and honey, pressing the mixture into an ovenproof tin or dish, baking for 15 minutes and letting it firm up in the refrigerator. - 50g rolled oats
- 50g chopped peanuts
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 35g coconut oil
- 50g peanut butter
- 50g honey
- Mix oats, peanuts and pumpkin seeds together
- Melt oil, peanut butter and honey over a low heat or in the microwave, add in the dry ingredients
- Scrape the mix into an ovenproof tin or dish, press into the corners and smooth the surface
- Bake for 15 minutes on gas mark 7 (22cc / 425F), allow to cool then chill in the fridge before slicing
