INGREDIENTS

  • 50g rolled oats
  • 50g chopped peanuts
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 35g coconut oil
  • 50g peanut butter
  • 50g honey

RECIPE METHOD

  • Mix oats, peanuts and pumpkin seeds together
  • Melt oil, peanut butter and honey over a low heat or in the microwave, add in the dry ingredients
  • Scrape the mix into an ovenproof tin or dish, press into the corners and smooth the surface
  • Bake for 15 minutes on gas mark 7 (22cc / 425F), allow to cool then chill in the fridge before slicing
