INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Banana
  • 30g Blended oats
  • 30g Rolled oats
  • 70g Chopped dates
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)

RECIPE METHOD

  • Preheat oven the gas mark 5 (190c / 375F)
  • Mash the banana until smooth, stir in the chopped dates and vanilla until combined
  • Add the oats and stir until fully mixed
  • Press into a lined tin and bake for 20 minutes, allow to cool before slicing
