INGREDIENTS

  • 200g Uncooked Pasta
  • 75g Spring Onions
  • 2 Bell Peppers (240g)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tins Tuna (200g drained)
  • 70g Pesto
  • Salt
  • Pepper

RECIPE METHOD

  • Boil pasta according to instructions
  • Meanwhile, sauté spring onions and peppers in olive oil until lightly charred but still firm
  • Reserve the pasta water, stir in the pasta, pesto and 2 tbsp of the pasta water, add the tuna and season to taste
